Steady is for the moment you can't think straight because something is happening in your body first. Spark is for the task you've been avoiding for four days and cannot make yourself start. Thread is for the commitment you made with full intention and then watched slip away without knowing how. Use them together as a flow. Use just one when that's the only thing in your way. None of them ask for a streak, a score, or a daily commitment you don't have the capacity for right now.
